Temple Leadworks undertook major roofing works to a listed property in Essendon, Hertfordshire, where the existing roof had deteriorated beyond repair.
The project required considerably more than replacement of the roof covering. The roof structure itself needed to be reconstructed before the building could be re-roofed.
The challenge
